چکیده

Ammonia, one of the main substances livestock odor, is reported to act as a major precursor secondary fine dust along with impact odor on public health due deterioration air quality, so systematic emission management needed. Livestock production ammonia mainly generated by hydrolysis urea in urine urease, hydrolytic enzyme. Therefore, this study, we aimed suppress inhibiting activity urease using acetohydroxamic acid, inhibitor, and generation advance. For purpose, concentration (500-4000 mg Urea-N/L), AHA AHA/L), pH (6-10) temperature (10-35°C). As injection increased, increase inhibition efficiency was confirmed, effect changes decrease actual swine manure confirmed. This study showed that can be applied reduce from manure.

Effect of a Urease Inhibitor , Acetohydroxamic Acid

1. The effects of intestinal ammonia in uraemia have been studied by administering a urease inhibitor, acetohydroxamic acid, to bilaterally nephrectomized rats. 2. Ammonia concentration was significantly decreased in the colon although it remained slightly higher than in normal animals. Caecal ammonia concentration was not altered. Total ammonia content was decreased in both colon and caecum. 3...

Urease Catalysis. Ii. Inhibition of the Enzyme by Hydroxyurea, Hydroxylamine, and Acetohydroxamic Acid.

In the preceding paper (l), hydroxyurea was shown to be a substrate for urease and to be associated with the development of a marked inhibition of the enzyme during t,he course of the reaction. The lack of significant inhibition during the hydrolysis of urea at equal concentrations suggested that the hydroxylamine formed during hydroxyurea hydrolysis was the responsible agent. The inhibitory ef...

The competitive inhibition of the urease-catalyzed hydrolysis of urea by phosphate.

It follows from equation (1) that when l/u is plotted (usually as the ordinate) against l/s a straight line will be obtained with inhibitory action influencing either the slope or the ordinate intercept or both. Thus the type of inhibition may be defined on the basis of the effect of the inhibitory action upon the slope and intercept in the above plot. In the absence of an inhibitor (i = 0) equ...

Effect of inhibition of Helicobacter pylori urease activity by acetohydroxamic acid on serum gastrin in duodenal ulcer subjects.

The mechanism of the hypergastrinaemia associated with Helicobacter pylori infection is unknown. It may be an effect of the ammonia produced by the bacterium near the antral epithelial surface. We have examined the effect on serum gastrin of inhibiting H pylori urease activity with acetohydroxamic acid in six duodenal ulcer patients. On day 1 the fasted patients received placebo tablets at 8 am...

Acetohydroxamic Acid - A Competitive Inhibitor of Urease from Soybean “Glycine max”

The acetohydroxamic acid (AHA), a potent inhibitor of urease, inhibits soybean urease competitively and reversibly. The I 50 and K i value for AHA were 900 M and 0.053 mM, respectively at pH 7.0, 37 °C. The variation in pH over the pH 6 9 affected K i and therefore binding of AHA in the active site. The affinity of AHA for the active site decreases with lowering of pH (below the pK a value of ...
